Teacher Recommendation

Activate is a 3rd- through 5th-grade microschool located in the Sellwood neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. We focus on art, hands-on learning, linguistics, and dyslexia support. We offer high-quality instruction that is effective for neurotypical and neurodivergent children, most of whom are dyslexic. Additionally, there is daily self-directed learning time, weekly field trips, and long recesses.
