Refund & Cancelation Policy

* We will not grant refunds for the five-week package deal. Instead, we will offer credit for the abovementioned amounts.

If the cancelation request is made in February-March:

100% refund,

or transfer to another available 2025 summer camp at no additional cost.



If the cancelation request is made in April:

80% refund,

or transfer to another available 2025 summer camp at no additional cost.

If the cancelation request is made in May:

60% refund,

or transfer to another available 2025 summer camp at no additional cost.



If the cancelation request is made in June, July, or August (unless it's the weekend before or the week of camp):

40% refund,

or transfer to another available 2025 summer camp at no additional cost.



If the cancelation request is made the weekend before the camp or during the camp

no refund or transfer
